Please wash the blanket in the wool program. The blanket absorbs a lot of water when washed; we also use the wood fibres for our towels. We recommend spinning the blanket after washing and drying it in a tumble dryer on a low setting for up to 20 min.With each wash, the soft pile will change a little, this is a characteristic of all textiles made from natural fibres. We have deliberately chosen not to add fibres made from polymers, as these would cause microplastics in the wash water with every wash.
